Seaweed Fried RiceI would say seaweed fried rice is probably one of the safe meal to be prepare because the aromatic seaweed will always cover majority of the taste of the dish while leaving no mercy to other ingredient. There are a few restaurant that somehow manage to cook out a delicious seaweed fried rice where there were additional strong flavour that could 'combat' with the seaweed and Cafe De Sky Garden is one of them. The fried rice here is pretty simple to cook but complex to the taste.

The fried rice here is pretty simple to cook but complex to the taste. There are vegetarian prawn, mushroom, and seaweed stir fried until the release of aroma. Each of these ingredient use was good and the rice is non sticky. But somehow I still kind of prefer the seaweed fried rice from vege life at taman mayang.
