Chinese's version of pig blanket, perhaps, is this ham with meat dim sum. It was apparent that the ham wasn't the good grade, texture was rough on tongue (not the nice roughness feeling). The meat was pretty good; juicy and quite flavorful. There were some vegetable chunks in the meat to give contrast to the fillings. Somehow I did not find myself liking this as much due to the rough character of the ham.
