The cute name of 糖黐豆 (sweet bean) signboard caught my attention each time i pass by SS2 for the past week. 糖黐豆 is a cantonese word which describe 2 person whom are very close and always get along together. The restaurant is cooling but bit too noisy when crowded.Beancurd Sheet with Barley (蛋花腐竹薏米) - This is cooked with the dried fu zhuk that boiled until its melted back to soy juice. Added with barley and egg to enhance the taste. However the taste is too watery becomes diluted, not much fu zhuk

Black Glutinous Rice (鸳鸯紫米露) - It looks like red bean soup instead of black glutinous rice because is so watery and reddish in color. They actually added most red bean in it and totally changed the taste. Further the black glutinous rice is like still raw and not soft enough. Worst than home cook.
