Kung Bao SquidKung Bao (or some call it Kung Bou) is a type of sauce that suits daily consumed meat like chicken, fish and etc. Since we are at restaurant serving mostly and mainly seafood, we tried the kung bao squid. The sauce is quite good to me with all the satisfied flavour and spicy in it but the squid is kind of rubbery, making it difficult to chew and swallow, I guess that's sign of over cook squid. This is sad but true, I ended up enjoying eating the vege in the sauce like lady finger,

The sauce is quite good to me with all the satisfied flavour and spicy in it but the squid is kind of rubbery, making it difficult to chew and swallow, I guess that's sign of over cook squid. This is sad but true, I ended up enjoying eating the vege in the sauce like lady finger, onion, and so instead of the key ingredient of the dish.
