 This is their signature food, fish head noodles.Very nice i would say.The noodles is quite springy and not chewy at all.It's not too soft and quite tasty.The soup is so thick and creamy.It's quite strong with the taste of milk and fish.The fried fish head is crispy and the fish meat is tender.The fish is so fresh and not fishy at all.The portion is quite huge but the price is a little bit too expensive.
