I love this desert a lot as this is the only cold desert we ordered that day.A bowl of chen bou liong consists of lotus seed, longan and bak goh.The chen bou liong is pretty sweet and the aromatic of the longan is quite strong too.This is indeed a very refreshing and cooling desert to have as the weather in Penangis so hot and dry these days.I find that this is the desert that worth every penny I spent.

The almond soup is a milky, soya taste-a-like with a little sweetness flavor.The aromatic of the almond soup is at a very standard level only.Almond soup is actually very good supply to our skin.I am not a big fan of the soup, most probably because I am not a big fans of almond taste.The almond soup could be eat together by dipping fried crullers into the soup to enjoy the aromatic smell.I actually love the taste more when eating together with the fried crullers.

When we craving for a desert, just go to the Traditional Home of Desert located at Farlim.It is much convenient than to cook ourself at home.The red bean soup is nicely boiled at the right temperature.The red bean texture is very soft and suitable to my liking.The soup is pretty sweet too and taste very decent in my opinion.Portion of serving is average and reasonable to the price we pay.
