Recommended for Spicy Lovers.Just look at the color you'll know the spicy level, and yes, it's hot but we still enjoy it! Ma Po Steam Fish - Sauce made up from lots and lots of dried chillies and chilly oil, to make sure you'll get a hot-after-effect-kiss. Sauce was too hot for the fish? Bet not, surprisingly we still can taste the tenderness of fish meat (white on the inside). After 5 minutes, we just get used to that spiciness level and started to love this dish.
