I don't usually go for my main meal at mamak stall, because their portion is either too oily and over filling for my small appetite. However, there is always the first try, and I order a packet of fried rice with meat.Here is my nasi goreng paprik daging, realising that it can be so colorful and healthy with vegetables. The meat is quite hard but the rice is fried nicely, neither too soggy nor heavy in taste. Surprisingly, this particular mamak doesn't use much oil in frying the rice. Overall, I'm satisfied with my simple lunch.
