The chocolate tuxedo sounds grand and looks classy from the other side of the counter. A thin layer of chocolate coating clings onto the cake which gives it the resemblance of a tuxedo. The chocolate flakes on top tasted bland and I think this is because it was too dry to register on any of my palate. The cream mousse complements the chocolate cake but my favorite part is the chocolate film clinging onto the cake. continue reading
