这档的麻籽是传统的麻籽制作出来的。老板用人手做的麻籽很考功夫的，很费力！我见过现做的麻籽，要用热水和粘米粉放在一个缸里用木棍搅成一团，面团形成一块是要放油避免粘着缸，然后搅很久时间，以便麻籽更有嚼劲。 continue reading
