Signature Dishes
This is my first time eating samosa this way - drenched with cholay - after being introduced to this way of eating by my Indian friend from India.The samosa is hot and very fluffy inside (with potatoes) and moderately crunchy on the outside. The cholay gave it a much needed moistness and extra oomph.
