I also like drinking fresh soya bean. I saw the coffee shop was selling the fresh soya bean and ordered one. The soya bean was quite sweet, maybe they added too much sugar to it. It tasted slightly funny, very very mild sourish taste. I was praying hard it the soya bean was not spoilt. The drink was quite expensive, sold at RM1.70 for a glass. I think outside vendor sells better fresh soya bean continue reading

Hubby ordered the claypot mixed bak kut teh. The set comes with fluffy white rice, priced at RM10. The mixed claypot had a myriad of items including meat, intestines, stomach, button mushroom, enoki mushrooms and fuchuk. The soup was a bit too bland for my taste, but the meat, mushroom and fuchuk was done quite well. They may want to consider putting a bit more herbs while boiling the soup to get the full flavour of real bak kut teh. continue reading
