Signature Dishes
Lao Gang is located at Puchong, bandar Puteri. It is a restaurant that offers different types of dishes. The environment there is very comfortable for dine in. It is suitable for family and friend event such as birthday celebration and so on. I had tried Cod Fish with Soya Sauce on Sizzling Hot Plate served by Lao Gang Restaurant. The cod fish is delicious to be cooked on hot plate. The soya sauce make the cod fish taste better.

这里看起来像是吃广东菜的地方，可是往往想不到这里出名的就是他们的炸猪脚，就像是德国的烤猪脚一样，一上桌就可以看到很大一只猪脚，虽然价钱不便宜，可是可以很多人一起享用，所以也没太贵，炸得脆脆的外皮，很爽口，只是吃多了会有点腻。

One could spend a year eating out in Puchong & not finish visiting all the restaurants here. Lao Gang's pork knuckle is a behemoth for RM48. Irrefutably succulent, enveloped in a melt-in-the-mouth layer of fat & crisply flavorful skin. Battered squid with onions. Surprisingly tangy; must be something in the sauce. Macau prawns, soaked in creamy, tomato-based gravy. Not bad, but not brilliant. Macau tomato eggs with pork slices. Skip this steaming heap of way-too-tart glop. Silky bean curd, topped unfortunately with a hillock of horribly salty fried radish.

Lao Gang Restaurant is located at Jalan Puteri 1/8 in bandar Puteri, Puchong. This is a restaurant servings a wide variety of chinese cuisines. Crispy Pork knuckleThe pork knuckle was deeply fried, it was very very crunchy and crispy skin. The pork meat inner side so so so soft, smooth, tender and juicy. The fatty layer below the skin is not oily at all. It was so aromatic. The crackers serve along was crispy too. The pork knuckle can be dipped along with the two sauces provided.
