This is a super overdue post. Went to Pavillion KL with friends and found RUSCO Concept Store. Was attracted by the colourful rusk displayed in their store. So a little introduction of RUSCO, it’s a premium brand under Yataro Group that launched few years ago in Japan. The tastiness of RUSCO originated from their unique baking method of baguettes. They spent time making the dough by using the wheat flour from Hokkaido and mix it by using the European style small size mixer. Then, spread the delegated dough by hand follows by the first baking process.
