This stall serve their noodle with the traditional cock bowl used since old time. Have tried their Dry Loh Shu Fun (mouse tail noodle). The noodle is smooth and springy and the combination of the dark soy sauce just nice without any bitterness of the dark soy sauce.3 items have add in the noodle is the stuffed intestines (Chu Tai Cheong),freshly made pork ball and the stir fried minced pork. The stuffed intestines was lean and not so much fatty stuffed in.The pork balls were very springy and delightful to bite. The minced pork has a smoky caramel flavors going perfectly with their bowl of smooth and springy noodle. continue reading

The meatballs was bouncy and chewy too. In short, the whole bowl of noodles was just so perfect. continue reading
