Signature Dishes
Me and my friend was shopping around and then we were attracted by this restaurant which is uniquely decorated- Gasoline. The decoration is special and even its table is decorated with pictures. We sit in a separated cubicle and was covered by a semi-transparent curtain.Varieties of food can be found here include Japanese rice, Chinese cruisine, western food, desserts and so on. I ordered this XO sauce fried rice and it was served hot in the shape of heart!!! It comes with a half-boiled egg too! The fried rice cooked very well with the aromatic of XO sauce and little of sweet! And it comes in a quite big portion and it took a long time for a small eater like me to clean the plate. It is a nice place to hang out with friends and suitable especially for youngsters.

This was a place where Don and I have decided not to visit ever again ever since. It's not about the services, but the food quality.My Jasmine Tea and his Blue Ocean Soda that came with our set meals. Both tasted very ordinary.His Black Pepper Butter Lamb Chop. He actually wanted Cheesy White Sauce Chicken Chop, but he wrote the wrong code as he placed his order. Since young, I never like lamb, but I tasted a mouthful of it, and surprisingly it didn't smell. However, Don didn't quite like it because there were too many bones, and the black pepper sauce contained too much of black pepper until he could only taste spiciness instead of black pepper.My Black Pepper Butter Chicken Chop. I would never want to recommend this to anyone. The chicken was to stingily small, and it was too hard. I rated only 3.5 out of 10 for this dish.Now you know why I said I would never return anymore?

去过两次的gasoline,第二次真的让我彻底失望！serve上来的饭，完全没有卖相就算了，饭冷到不行。一碟十多块的饭，碟上的饭菜乱摆得不像话，还要不新鲜。要不是赶时间看戏，一定complain!

Gasoline is usually frequented by the younger generation, mostly still in their schooling days. They have nice seating areas, outside they have the standard dining area but inside where most people like to sit. They have individual booths that are covered by curtains and where patrons sit on the floor, together with the dark lighting this is a nice haunt for young couples.I ordered the Marmite Chicken Rice as I really love marmite (can't get enough of it) and my friend ordered the Black Pepper Udon. My dish was quite disappointing, There was only a slight tinge of Marmite so the chicken wasn't flavourful and was kinda dry. It was only the chicken and rice so it felt like an incomplete meal and a very dry one at that.My friend's black pepper udon was slightly better but that is only because I love black pepper and the taste of it dominates the entire dish.
