I love Penang Village because though it's slightly expensive, it provides halal popular Penang Chinese Street Food and thus a great place should I decide to hang out with Muslim friends. My favorites in their menu includes the Char Kuey Teow, Penang Prawn Mee, Assam Laksa, Kerabu, Cendol and ABC. I heard their stir fry veges, butter prawns and soft shell crab's pretty good too. Very authentically Penang I must say! This particular outlet at Hartamas Shopping Mall has been there for quite a while now and seems pretty popular with the neighborhood crowd. Nice, quiet interiors where I can just catch up with friends over a good meal. Thumbs up! continue reading
