A rainy Friday night warrants a visit to a cafe nearby my dinner place to get my cup of coffee.Ss15 area has been known to be packed with school, college and university students which are located around the corner. So most of the cafes are opened till midnight or the wee late hours to cater those who are in search of an inspiring place to get their alone time or just to complete their assignments.And there I was, at Flingstones cafe which is situated just opposite Taylor's college.The flat white was just what I needed to perk me up for my board games session along wit my friends at Meeples. The foam was velvety and smooth and the coffee had a nutty finishing aftertaste. Flingstones cafe serves good coffee in a cosy environment and the rainy weather is making it much tougher for me to get out of my seat.

Flingstones Café is one of the intriguing new café in SS15, rising to be one of the students ‘hangout in the neighbourhood. Located at one of the ever busiest stretch in SS15, finding parking here can drive you crazy, pretty much the same as all of SS15.The café doesn’t quite stand out, but you won’t miss it out as well.As with the current trend of hipster cafes popping up around in Klang Valley, I will say that the first interesting thing that caught my eyes was the colourful tiles at the entrance of the café. That’s certainly make a difference!The café was rather small with a lot of cute decorations. Here’s just something very homely and comforting corners, something which not many new cafes can mimic nowadays.We were being told that the signature dish here would be ribs. Well that’s too heavy for two of us that came with full stomach, so we settled for the all-day-breakfast set came with toasts and egg. Coz it looked healthy enough though.Toasts were nonetheless also distinctive, nothing to be picky at.The coffee was just pure great! It was not easy to make firm foam on cappuccino! It required nicely steamed milk which could result in rich structure of this. I could tell that the baristas here knew their works well!The perfectly brewed mocha gave the sweetness instead of flat taste. A very good combination of coffee and chocolate!If you were looking for nice café inSS15, Flingstones is definitely worth a coffee stop! It’s not easy to pick the right cafe to make sure that every penny you spend on coffee will always return satisfaction. Definitely a great place for unwinding over coffee and I see myself coming back for more visits in the future, maybe for the ribs.
