南瓜的香味是我的喜爱,这个南瓜汤喝起来味道真的很融,比我想象中还要不错。可以看得出厨师是用了不少的南瓜来做才有怎么香融的味道。当然一个是不够的,后来我点多一个和朋友分享。

这个Spaghetti Boscaiola in cream sauce刚送上来的时候我的确有点吓到。因为上面有一些好像肥皂泡沫的东西,其实他它是来自里面的蘑菇酱汁。真的很特别,酱汁也非常creamy。想起来都想回去再吃。

The latest entry at Solaris Dutamas is off to a slow start, without a fixed menu so far, but it has the potential to become one of the better outlets in this complex. Miso soup. Right now, the kitchen offers a mishmash of everything from Japanese and Italian cuisine to Middle Eastern and Malay food. Caprese salad. When it's done right, this is one of our favorite salads. Sweet, juicy tomatoes with soft, creamy mozzarella. What's not to love? Fattoush. Eating healthy, for a change. Thankfully, the olives provided a wallop of flavor on what might otherwise be a relatively bland platter. Perhaps the only problem is that booze isn't sold here, but you can bring your own, with no corkage charge (for now).

Caesar salad is not my thing generally because I am not a big fan of olives. However olives seemed to be missing here. I have never had caesar salad with poached egg and here was where I had my first one as most restaurants would serve caesar salad with hard boiled egg for convenience purposes. The use of parmesan cracker was a thoughtful idea. Not only it enhanced the crunchiness of the salad but at the same time it gave you the liberty to eat it only when you want. The caesar salad was very balanced in terms of texture and flavor.

If having kerabu is your thing, then you'll love the Nasi Goreng Kerabu, as we see these leaves with spices being stir fried with fragrant rice served with spiced fried chicken. The chicken is tender with some burning flame taste. I felt the taste went well together, and served hot, it was a good main course. Remember to eat with the served red sambal and fresh lime.
