My friends were all talking about the samurai burger. It's BACK! After like 10 years? So the anticipation of course is spiked up. Without further ado, we sped to the nearest McD and queue for our samurai burger. Luckily we were early and the lunch crowd weren't there yet. We even get a good place to sit. So the Samurai burger goes like this. You get the burger and med fries by default if u order the medium set. Upgrade to large and you get the McShaker which include the katsu curry powder. Upgrade your drink again for the Sakura McFizz. The total was about RM13.Katsu Curry McShaker Fries - It was actually OK. Maybe it's the MSG that makes my brain went wonky with my taste buds. but it was quite good! And additive.Sakura McFizz - It was nice at first, sweet but tolerable. Doesn't taste anything special but mixing ribena with sprite. Yea it tasted something like that. The scary part is towards the end of the cup when it gets toooooo sweet! Samurai Burger - It's bigger than normal burger. It taste quite sweet but it doesn't remind me of teriyaki sauce as they claim it should be. There's quite a big amount of mayonnaise in the center of the burger. The bun was soft. But that's about it. It wasn't as awesome as I remembered it should be! Where's the 'oomph' in this?! It's definitely a let down...
