Visit with friend two days ago. The shop relocated to jalan seladang instead of the address showing in apps. Overall the dishes will abit salty. But, if eat with rice should be okay. Ordered ginger steam fish head, steam minced pork, and green dragon vege. The fish called "shun yu", fresh but quite many bone. Size quite big although we requested small one, because two person only. All taste good and with reasonable price!1. Fish Head - RM272. Steam Minced Pork - RM153. This restaurant is very crowded even is not weekend, we were here for our lunch. We like the dish cooked here very much. This steam minced pork portion is very small, it is steam together with dried cuttlefish and also some other ingredients. This dish a bit salty but it is best to eat together with rice. The minced pork after steam is very tasty, meat is very tender, with some dried cuttlefish mixed with it, it added the taste to different stage. The portion is small, we use to other two plates of this for our lunch. continue reading

Steamed Meat with Water ChestnutThis seemingly an usual steamed minced meat actually hides some treasure in it, that is water chestnut! At first, I didn’t realize, thought it’s just some other steamed meat, till I see some chunky white bites in between the meat. I mistaken it as fats! But soon got corrected after biting it with a crunch! The addition of this fruit has actually spice up the dish more with better texture rather than meaty only. It’s not too salty either, and good to go with white rice alongside it’s steamed gravy too. continue reading

This steam fish is quite famous in KL. Its headquarter is nearby Jalan Imbi & it has a branch located at Cheras. The fish was quite fresh and tasty, somemore it was quite cheap (RM29 for big, RM23 for small) if compare with other steam fish in KL.I believe you all have heard about saulted egg crab, how about salted egg chicken? This is the one! If you come with 10 people, you must order the big size one, if not I confirm the small portion is not enough for you all to eat. continue reading
