Signature Dishes
I'm not sure whey they call it "Rose" macaron as it certainly does not taste anything like roses. haa haa But I supposed they used Rose-flavored syrup or essence in the making of the macaron, hence it's name. It's a tad too sweet for me; although I do loved the smoothness of the surface and the flaky, crispy sensation of every bite. Again, I would have loved it more had it not being too sweet....

American BreakfastIt is always a luxury and privilege to dine in restaurant / hotel that serves good and authentic western meal, I somehow felt like a VIP while having so. The breakfast meal I had in Delifrance comes with slice of ham, chicken sausage, baked bean with tomato sauce, egg, Delifrance's special toasted bun, and slice of lettuce with some crispy cube bread. It is simple but amazing breakfast with every individual dish taste good on its own. Being on a chef mode, I tend to put everything (almost) in between the bun and munch it altogether. A energizing breakfast for me to kick start my day.

There would always be this fragrant aroma of fresh bakeries whenever you pass by this café, Delifrance. It definitely catches my attention each time and it is located conveniently at Sungei Wang Plaza.Aside famous for its freshly baked croissants and pastries, it also serves good food too, like pasta, spaghetti and varieties of yummy sandwiches.I tried their Chicken Bolognaise Spaghetti as I learnt that their Creamy Spaghetti had sold out. It was nice and savoury with generous chunky of chicken bites. The breadsticks were toasted adequately to give out that garlic oomph! And best followed by a refreshing Sjora Mango Juice. That definitely spiced up your day! ^^Good dining experience with a cosy ambience.

This seems simple enough to make, just cut open a croissant and dump some mashed hard oiled eggs and you can serve to the customers. I had this during tea time and the croissant was a little cold and not as fluffy as it should be. The mashed eggs were ok but a little too oily for my liking.
