Chinaman Restaurant (Closed)

The success of this dish heavily rely on the sauce / gravy which Chinaman Restaurant manage to get it right and unfortunately did not outstand other in my honest opinion. The dish consist of diced toufu cook along with minced meat and house speciality gravy for the different in terms of taste. The muar toufu here carry a noticeable flavour and aroma and mild spicy. No doubt the toufu is silky soft and if only they have it on sizzling hot plate it would have been much better.

Would you even consider ordering a dish that contain mostly bones and very limited meat?One of the other special dish here in Chinaman Restaurant is the salted / salty duck and it serves exactly what's been mentioned on top. This dish is although very troublesome to eat but its worth going through the mess. It is superb crisp crunch every bite and some of my friend even chew and swallow the bone while I'm rather worry on doing that. But that's just how everyone else eat there. Taste wise wasn't

As the name suggest, Chinaman Restaurant serves authentic Chinese cuisine with numerous signature dish hoping that you would return for more.The Peking Duck Roll comes in 2 plate one is the wrapper while the other is the aromatically roasted duck with sweet sauce and some sliced cucumber. The well marinated duck is roasted till the skin is crisp crunch while maintaining the meat to be moist. Definite a good to go dish here.
