这个虾仁炒饭我只可以用非常健康来形容。因为都没有特别添加的味道。就是说有点清淡。不过里面有很多虾子,虾子清爽弹牙又新鲜大只。吃下去还很爽口,蛋香四溢,份量也很让人满足。

还是觉得这里的小笼包最好吃了。薄度适中的外皮,肉质鲜嫩无比,只需要经过简单的腌制,就可以把猪肉的鲜味完全带出来。咬下去那一刻,肉质源如泉涌,不用担心很烫,因为很快冷却。

说到吃小笼包的地方,那里少得了以小笼包驰名的鼎泰丰。除了小笼包,我也很喜欢这里特有的辣椒油,当别人通常沾的都是姜和醋,但我的选择就是辣椒油。炒得很香的虾米浸泡在辣椒油里面,为之增添了一种鲜香味。

中国朋友介绍的,这里的小笼包跟中国的很像。肉馅很大、很多汤汁、味道鲜美、皮很薄不过体积小。好吃不过也蛮贵的。刚出炉的小笼包很烫,不要一口放进嘴里。小笼包再配上醋和薑絲,真的是一流啊~赞!!!

I remembered years ago when Din Tai Fung first opened it's door at The Gardens, it was packed to the brim with long waiting queues all the time (yes, even during non-peak hours!) I wasn't sure what the big deal was until I finally had the chance to dine in with friends. The Xiao Long Baos were fabulous, as good as I Dragon's! And so were their La Miens. Springy in texture and flavorful in taste, it was superb! Do try the Chilli La Mian or Zha Jian Mian. Yums Also not to be missed are the Seafoo

i prefer the fried rice range rather then the lai mian in din tai fung. i realised the fried rice taste is much better and the fried rice is not oily at all. try the pork chop fried rice. really good choice. the pork chop is cut into smaller pieces and deep fried and crispy on the outer layer and also the fried rice is fragrant. price is quite good here for the big portion

din tai fung have another outlet in pavilion and also in midvalley .i like the midvalley outlet here too for their big space and also the good service. the canton i also serving the food just same and more to dim sum range. here is famous of their fried rice. fried to golden yellow and you can see the egg is shiny all the way on top of the rice. the shrimp portion is a lot and can share among two person of this dish

I remember when i first tried this shanghai style drunken chicken it was few years ago. I was amazed by the taste when i try. It was served in cold and the chicken is fresh and juicy and of course it is tender because that is chicken thigh. The chicken skin is surprisingly chewy and crunchy. The most interesting part is, the wine aroma is very heavy and has a strong after taste.

I think i cant live without rice. If i didn't eat rice for whole day i will think that something is incomplete and i will get hungry easily. So, I usually order fried rice in ding tai fung and the fried rice with prawn is the dish i love the most. The prawns is fresh and the size is quite big. If somebody ask where is the "xiu long boa" i love to the most, i will definitely answer ding tai fung! But unfortunately, this time was pretty disappointing because the skin of "xiu long boa" is slightly thick. But the taste overall is yummy as usual, the pork is soft and tender and i love how to soup burst inside my mouth during the first bite. I like to eat it without vinegar and ginger because i sometimes i think original is the best.

The ‘must-try’ in this restaurant is of course the steamed pork dumplings, which are simply divine. The skin is extremely thin, but it never arrives at your table punctured. Have it plain or dip it in the ginger + soy/vinegar sauce. Either way, upon that first bite you’ll experience an explosion of soup bursting into your mouth, and it’s awesome. You must have to try.
