Kafe Indulge (Closed)

这个鱼肉片的份量看起来真的很少。鱼肉的质感切开还算试很软嫩，里面还有鱼肉吃起来很滑，表皮煎到还有一种脆脆的感觉。酱汁吃起来和鱼肉很搭配。味道带有一点咸咸酸酸的味道。

喜欢这个番茄酱意大利面。番茄的酱汁不是那种红彤彤很浓稠的质感。而是偏向比较稀释的酱汁。不过丝毫不影响它的味道。整个酱汁有着很香的番茄味，吃起来还有浓郁的鲜味，与弹牙的意大利面简直是一绝。

喜欢千层蛋糕层层叠叠的口感。一层蛋糕一层奶油的口感感觉很棒。这个的我个人觉得奶油的味道有一点过重。所以吃起来还是有一点负担，吃起来的口感还算绵密。但是有一点太甜了。

Indulge serves quite a few types of pasta with a very reasonable price. They are not stingy to put in ingredients such as fungi and seafood for the pasta. That's what I like the most!The pasta in the photo is made from tomato sauce. Can tell from the colour that it's homemade tomato sauce and not the bottle tomato sauce. This is another highly recommended dish of the restaurant.

Sausage--a must-try dish if you go to Indulge. They actually have two types of sausages-curly and straight. I did try both but I couldn't tell the difference between the taste. Both are delicious. It is served with mashed potato and special homemade pickles. Indulge is a very relaxing place to enjoy your weekend afternoon. After lunch, you can take you time there enjoying their mille crepe while chit-chatting with friends. They won't show you a black face

In Klang Valley, the mille crepe of Indulge can be considered one of the good mille crepe with a reasonable price. They have a few flavours of mille crepe and this mint chocolate is sort of new flavour. Not bad. But I still think that their original and mocha flavour are the best! The very good thing about their mille crepe is that it is not too sweet. Just nice to chill you up!

The vegetarian fish is good, not too hard although it looks a little chunky on the presentation, but I do think the mushroom gravy is a little too much. Comes with fried egg with a nice egg yolk. The mash potato is very creamy and soft in texture, The coleslaw is nice, fresh with lots of thousand island. Its a light meal, just another nice cozy lunch place in Kuchai Lama.

Rice were fried with vegetables and not salty. However, the place is cozy with lots of different checkered colour table cloth. Nice place to dine, Parking space may be limited during peak hour. Will return for crepe cake instead.

The Ultimate Original Mille Crepe Cake，价钱是RM 7.50。 它就像千层蛋糕，每一层都夹着薄薄香滑的cream，吃起来蛋糕的口感很顺滑，很柔软。甜度适中，一点也不会腻! 值得一试!营业时间是每天11am 到 10.30pm~!!!去试试吧

这个apple walnut pie不错。冷暖搭配很好吃。里面的苹果不会说太软烂，walnut味道很香，派的质感不会太软也不会很硬。上面还有一球冰冷的冰淇淋，和软软的派很搭配。味道不会很甜，不妨一试。

这里的东西份量都那么小份吗？就连鸡肉片也是薄薄很小得很可怜。配料也看起来很单调。有薯条，很熟的煎蛋还有沙拉。搭配味道普通的蘑菇酱，以这个RM13.90来说我觉得不是很值得。

这鱼味道还不错，煎到外面有点脆脆的，里面却非常滑又嫩。摆盘也蛮漂亮，除了有沙拉以外，还有马铃薯泥。不过一点也吃不饱但是以这个价钱 - RM 15.90 吃到这样料理我觉得也算是值得。

这是我第一次点草莓口味的千层蛋糕，平时我都只点original口味的。那一天刚好看到kafe indulge的草莓千层蛋糕，觉得视觉很好，拍照一定很好看，就点了下来。整体感觉还很不错，蛋糕的texture很软，草莓口味也很刚好，不会太甜。看来，下次我也要尝试不同的口味了

Since their opening, this cafe has managed to attract quite a following with their mille crepe cakes. This special cake made of layers of crepe tastes really good as the layers have cream filling in between.My favourite flavor is the Original which is really really creamy and taste so milky. I find the texture is really softer in the original version as adding fruits makes it soggy. The cake is light and fluffy and each bite is just heavenly.
