Ko Hyang is a very accessible Korean cafe, and food is decent, but not great. The soondooboo (tofu kimchi soup) is nicely sour, but a little overly salty, and moderately spicy. Tofu is soft and juicy. Serving size isn't very big though. Not filling enough.

Peach Tea. We were quite thirsty after massive shopping in One Utama, so we ordered the peach tea. For my mother, she commented that the peach tea was extremely sweet for her liking. However, for me, the sweetness was all right. It was the peach tea taste was not too strong though. The peach tea taste was there and good for those who like a fainter taste of peach tea.

Banchan. I was craving for Korean food, but One Utama has really limited Korean food selection. We browsed through the directory and found Ko Hyang. Since we never try before, we went in. The setting was simple tables and chairs. There were three banchan given: kimchi, anchovies and beansprouts. The anchovies were hard, I don't like. The kimchi was so-so, not too strong taste. The beansprouts were bland too.

Bibimbap. The bibimbap came with shredded cucumber, carrots, lettuce, sweet onions, mushrooms, seaweed, minced beef and topped with a piece of egg. I stirred everything up with the paste given. The bibimbap was cold, and I felt disappointed. The taste was not too bad, sweet. It would be better if the bibimbap could served in a hot pot instead. The portion was just nice for me.

Ttuk Bulgogi. After we had done our shopping, we wanted to have Korean food, so we went to this casual korean dining place - Ko Hyang. My father ordered a bulgogi. The bulgogi came in a hot pot and consisted of glass noodles, beef slices and vegetables. The broth was not too strong at first, but towards the end, the sweetness of the beef was stronger and it became a good broth. Quite a good bowl of bulgogi considering the cheap price.

This is a chicken dumpling fried using a pan. The chicken minced meat inside was tender and juicy whereas the skin was thin and crispy. You can dip along with the chilli sauce but I cannot accept it as it was too spicy for me.

I selected Korean style pan mee with seafood. The soup taste so weird. I more prefer if can have this pan mee with Kim chi soup.

All foods are comes together with 3 side dishes; anchovies, bean sprout and Kim chi. I like the anchovy, its taste a bit sweet.

Sik hye, RM 3.80
not nice the rice water.

I ordered aloe vera juice-RM 3.80. This is just the same as what I normally bought from the Korean shop (in green bottle).
