Papparich (Closed)

Every time I go to Pappa Rich or Old Town, I always do not know what to order. ever since I tried the Mee Goreng Mamak here at a Teh Tarik session, I would order this whenever I come here just to eat out or catch up with friends. This time I was here with a good friend or mine whom I regard as an elder sister and also the photographer for a photoshoot. The Nepalist photographer ordered a fried fishcake but I did not taste it so I could not give my verdict. Anyway I am not a big fan of fishcake m

PappaRich is located at lower ground 1 in Sunway Pyramid, near by the ice skating ring. It serves Asian Cuisine and their signature dish/snack/drink are traditional toast with kaya and butter, nasi lemak, white coffee, cendol and many more. This restaurant normally is crowded especially during lunch hour and dinner time. We have ordered Chicken Rice with Bean Sprouts and Pappa Mee Goreng. I think the chicken rice and mee goreng is just normal, nothing great to shout about and can find better one

papparich is a good place to dine in just like the old town white coffee and here have so many local cuisines to start off the meal. here the noodle is very tasty and nice to try the soup also the soup based is sweet enough with added egg on top of.very special here and reasonable price. service overall is ok for me, the drinks are variety here. and nice place to chill out during weekends.

Errm.. I personally find Papparich's Hot Barley to be a tad too sweet for my liking. Granted, they boiled and prepared the Barley themselves.. in-house.. so there's no artificial flavoring or anything. But some reason I think the Barley grains were not cooked or boiled long enough.. so it kind of felt a bit 'grainy' and 'tough'.. Hmmm.. also a bit sweet.. ah well, but in generally it's passable I guess.

As if the ice skating rink in which the Papparich outlet at Sunway Pyramid overlooks doesn't look "chilled" enough... you can almost always count on this special ABC Special with Ice Cream to cool down tempers or those hot days. It's super delicious... whole red beans, corn , cendol strands, mixed jelly and of course topped with delicious gula melaka. yums

As it's name implies, this dish comes with delicious soft hot steamed breads and a bowl of delicious curry chicken broth. Just dip the steamed bread into the rich curry gravy. Or maybe you can even slice off the curry chicken meat and sandwiched them in between the 2 pieces of steamed bread alongside some diced curry potatoes. Either way, it's super duper yummy!

I love this. The steamed Otak-Otak is just as good as the ones I had in Muar (in fact i believe they specially "imported" their otak-otak from Muar ).. The fish paste's well marinated, fragrant and savory with the slightest hint of spiciness. When sandwiched in between the softest steamed man tou buns; this dish is truly a Malaysian favorite.. and mine!.. like no other

Papparich at Sunway Pyramid is located at Lower Ground, just a floor above the Ice Skating Rink. Meaning whilst you are waiting for your food, as long as there's other people to look after the table and your belongings.. you are free to just skip and hop a few steps away from the entrance and then you'll reach the railing overlooking the ice skating rink ! nice.. The outlet however is not as big as those Papparich located at shop lots.. But still the same good food and service

my friend suggest we should visit this place at the papprich , the place is crowded as usual and the menu is variety and i looking forward to try the asam laksa.here are famous of their reshly-baked bread and bunsThe traditional toast with kaya and butter, Curry laksa, Asam laksa. price is cheap and almost like old town and other cafe. the asam laksa is spicy enough and taste good

pappa rich is just like the other old town white coffee and little penang cafe, here in pappa rich Today PappaRich has grown extensively and with a total of 50 outlets nationwide and continuously growing more outlet everywhere in the shopping mall. the chow kuey teow i try is very delicious. but a little bit oily and yet the ingredients is quite good and generous portion they give

went to pappa rich at sunway pyramid. here is quite pack during lunch time and also sometime i came here for breakfast. try this fried rice fragrant and also serving of the big portion of the egg, rice and also two chicken wings. crispy and delicious. the chicken wing is deep fried and marinated first. served with some chili and also the cucumber slices on top of the rice.

pappa rich have another outlet in sunway pyramid and here is really nice place to chill out and i like the environment here. just come here to have the drinks of the ice lemon tea. quite sweet and blends well with two slices of the sour lemon inside. service is ok here but i do prefer the outlet in sri rampai which is far more friendly and fast service. probably here is crowded

just want to have plain simple dish for my dinner and i try this fried Rice with Fried Egg. the fragrant rice stir-fried with sweet corn, carrot and green peas, served with tomato & cucumber slices, friend egg and sambal. Normal fried rice and big portion and i do like the sambal quite spicy and i love the taste. the egg is perfectly cooked and service is quite pleasant

这里主要的食物都是大马的美食当然还有西餐在内。Dry Curry Mee with Curry Chicken虽然平时都可以吃到但我还是点了。这个和平时吃的味道有点不同咖哩酱汁的味道很有味道，所以吃起来也很有味道。
