Restaurant Taiwan YES (Closed)

Oyster mee sua. The Taiwan YES has a very cozy setting and lighting. The parking at that area was very challenging and we were quite lucky to get a parking space. Since it is a Taiwan restaurant, we would not miss the oyster mee sua. The Taiwan Yes version was not bad too but not as flavourful as the famous Shilin mee sua. The mee sua was soft and the oyster was juicy too.

Taiwan Sausage. Whenever I visit a Taiwan restaurant, I would order the taiwan sausage as I super like it. When I visited this Taiwan YES, I went ahead and order this. The portion was big and the sausage were being cut and arranged nicely in two rows. It was topped with the raw garlic and I love to eat the sausage with the raw garlic, pungent yet tasty. The sausage was slightly salty, but it was all good.

Bean sauce noodles came in a very colorful manner. The noodle was topped with cucumber and carrot slices as well as minced with spring onions. I mixed all the ingredients together. The gravy was salty and it was really watery. The minced meat has strong porky taste, but it was soft. It also had a very strong bean sauce taste, which made it slightly unbearable and weird. The mee was springy though.

I love Taiwanese cuisine so I went to try YES, to taste my favourite Taiwanese Fried Chicken. The restaurant is quite small, and the service was not very nice during my visit. The bubble tea served was not what I've been expecting for. Fried Chicken wasn't as good as the one I had in Shilin. Luckily, the taiwanese sausages served was good. Not wasting a trip there.Can just drop by and try the sausages. The price was quite reasonable in my opinion. =)
