The RT bakery might be a chain store so expect pretty much the same product in most outlets. However, depending on the outlets that you visit, some may have certain best seller item that would be gone before you know it. That pretty much depends on the palate of those customers around that particular neighbourhood. Having said that the choices is assorted. So there is always something for everyone. Green tea and red bean is a perfect match thanks to the bitter sweetness and the coarse flavour of red bean.. These heavenly combination matched perfectly in this green tea and red bean sponge cake . The soft and fluffy texture easily just got me out of control at times. With a cup of good tea, I can finish up more than half of it at one go.

This time, I got the butter sugar bun for my niece and nephews’s recess in school the next day. The buns are normally still soft when consumed the next day and so far, it hasn't had any opportunity to last more than the next day. So I make no promises on the day after the next day.

Today is one of my colleague's birthday! We decided to get her a cake for her birthday celebration in our office, afternoon tea time afternoon later. During lunch hour, we have visited RT Pastry to get her a cake since RT Pastry is reputable in Subang Jaya SS15 area. Finally, we got her a walnut cake! This cake is tasty and awesome to eat however it's appearance still need to be improved and can be a greater looking cake! It is not too sweet too! Good to try!

Hungry during the teatime, a miracle appeared before my eyes! My colleague just came back from Subang Jaya and brought back some fresh Hokkaido cake! She's a goddess!I've always been a fan of the soft centered Hokkaido cake. This one is no different. The vanilla cream inside was aromatic and mouthwatering. The pastry was soft, the whole thing just smells so good. The milky taste lingered in my mouth for a while and that made my stomach growled for more. It'll be better teatime snack if its serve

The chocolate vanilla sponge was also quite delicious. Top layer of chocolate, with middle layer of vanilla and bottom layer of chocolate and cream in between. It was fluffy, but still quite dense. It was rather filling, especially having a couple of slices washed down with tea. Not too sweet, just right. I was quite glad that the rest of the colleagues liked it too.

I was tasked to buy some cakes for tea, and I decided to head over to RT Pastry House to see what they had to offer. The fruit cake caught my eye. It looked pretty soft and delicious. I decided to buy one, and I was glad that I did. The fruit cake was soft and fluffy, loaded with dried fruits. It didn't have any alcohol in it, like the ones that I am used to, but it was still quite enjoyable nonetheless.

The cake was filled with strawberry on top and looked so appetizing even before i tasted it. The cake was bought for my birthday and I thought that it was pretty smooth and the cream was well balanced with the sour strawberry taste. I might be bias because i especially love cakes with strawberries. Somehow, this cake was light and was not as fattening as those i've tried previously.

第一次吃的北海道蛋糕就是RT Pastry的。原本不知道这样小小一个cupcake有什么好吃的,现在终于明白了!RT Pastry的北海道蛋糕,蛋糕的湿度适中,而且非常松软,一口咬下去有入口即化的感觉!咬下去之后浓浓奶香,更是让我忍不住一口接一口的把蛋糕吃完。蛋糕的内陷奶香浓厚却不至于太甜,吃多了都不觉腻！放入冰箱让蛋糕冷却后再拿出吃更是美味！

这个芝士蛋糕质感非常的幼滑，它不是哪种类似冰冻芝士的质感，而是带有一点蛋糕的质感。吃起却入口即化。芝士的味道不会太过浓郁。很喜欢这种味道，因为我本身也不是很喜欢太厚重的芝士味道

Since one cake is not enough to feed the army in the office, I decided to take the mirror chocolate cake as well, at the shopkeeper's recommendation. It was not a bad choice at all. The chocolate sponge was very fluffy and moist. The layers of vanilla in between the sponges had blueberry bits, which reminds of black forest cakes. The top was decorated with lots of chocolate buttons and thin slices. Priced at RM57, it was definitely well worth the amount paid.

RT Pastry is certainly VERY popular among Klang Valley folks. Each of their outlet which I have ever visited; they never seemed to be out of customers at any second. The queues can be so ridiculously long! Their very first branch at Subang Jaya is the craziest! 只要是绿茶口味的食物，我都很有兴趣一试。第一次接触到RT PASTRY是因为同事的生日。这绿茶蛋糕不但外表很吸引，那每一口都带着浓浓不苦的绿茶口味更是令人陶醉。而且，蛋糕都很松软，很新鲜!原本以为RT PASTRY卖的糕点应该价钱偏高，但是，那里的价钱真的属于便宜得让人Surprise!现在朋友生日，我几乎都选着RT!
