Star Village (Closed)

It was my friend's birthday so I decided to celebrate here as I read a lot of blogs about the reasonable price and the ambience which was touted to be wonderful by bloggers. Finally I reached here but the place looks different from the other branch that I went last 2 years. Anyway, my friend ordered the Honey Smoke Chicken (RM 22.90) where the portion was very large, unlike other places where the plates are big with little food. The chicken was too hard and not tender like most grilled chicken.

Location: 75, Jalan Hujan Rahmat 3, Taman OUG, Off Jalan Klang Lama, Kuala Lumpur, Seputeh.Service : Good service.Pricing : The price is normal with average RM 20 per person.Recommendations : Highly recommended for those who wish to taste more than 120 varieties of western food.

Star Village near to my office,I always go star village to have lunch or dinner with colleague and all my friend.I like to eat steak, ginger chicken ,pepper chicken,drink peach tea and eat ais cream.My colleague like go there to celebrete birthday party or farewell party.We like having party at there.When christmas coming there will change the decoration, love it so much.

Another last main course we are order is Chicken Spaghetti, serve with chicken and cheese. When the waitress serve the spaghetti the time we all also can feel the cheese smell already. Normally I will go and try all the dishes we are order, before I try it I though beef spaghetti are more delicious but when I try the chicken spaghetti that time I feel like eating a beef spaghetti like that. So I think next time will order this to my daughter try.

Another dishes we order are Roast Top Rip Eye Steak with black pepper, Serve with salad, bun and French fried. My wife are order a well done rip eye steak, the salad are very nice and the steak are normal but very soft and easy to cut also. The steak and the home made pepper sauce is a good combination also, if without the sauce I think they are normal like outside steak house. Can be try also….

Yesterday night having a dinner at Star Village OUG with my family and her auntie, each of us order our main course and some side dishes. I order an Garlic cheese escargots also, when the main course are serve a short while the side dishes escargots are coming also. Comes with six piece of escargots and some tomato, bun as well, on top serve with the cheese also. The escargots are fresh and combine with the cheese are very delicious also, I think next time I will order again this side dishes. St

The Lamb chop are looks very nice and delicious, some more serve with the mint sauce as well. The combination of mint sauce and lamb chop its totally perfect, and serve with the fruits salad also. The lamb steak are very soft and easy to cut not like others lamb chop outside very hard to cut it off. When I eat that time I can feel the lamb and mint sauce together are very nice.

King Sausage with cheese are serve with 2 large sausage with cheese and 2 different salad and French Fried. The combination large sausage and cheese are wonderful and some more the two different of salad are fresh and nice also. The King Sausage are suitable for the Kids meals also, not too large portion.

Tonight having a dinner with my family at Star Village Steak House, Located at Old Klang Road, Taman Oversea Union Garden just behind of the Steven corner. Normally I like to eat lamb chop so tonight I just order a honey lamb chop but the taste are very good. Some more the restaurant renovation are interesting and the price consider are very cheap also.

Star Village at OUG has been operated for quite some time ago, so I find the furniture and ambiance not as beautiful as before already. However, the food is still good, comes with affordable price tag.I order the grilled lamb chop which appears to be nicely done. It comes with fries and vegetables, but the portion looks moderate only. However, the black pepper sauce on the lamb tickles my tastebud with a good ratio of salty and spicy flavour. I think mint sauce would be better, but the lamb is a
