The soup has a light porky taste. If you prefer pork noodles without strong pork taste, this is for you. The pork balls is springy but taste more like fish balls to me. Minced pork was decent, while the star of this dish is the smoked Chinese style sausages. They have a wonderful smoky and roasted flavour, with a nice savoury taste.
