Interesting new item named Hokkaido cake is now available at RT Pastry House. There are 3 flavours to choose ie Vanilla, Strawberry and Chocolate. A box of 6, cost RM16.80. The Hokkaido cake is chiffon cake filled with fresh cream and dusting of icing sugar on top of the cake. It looks lovely, presentable and appetizing, The texture of the cake is fluffy and light which is good to be a light snack, tea break and even as a little treat to your friends or colleagues. It looks lovely, presentable and appetizing, The texture of the cake is fluffy and light which is good to be a light snack, tea break and even as a little treat to your friends or colleagues. I like the taste except that the sweetness can be reduced slightly. A little improvement is required to make it a better and as even hot selling item.
