Baked Potato SoupOh, not forgetting the inhouse special boiled soup; the Baked Potato Soup. It is topped with grated Cheddar cheese, bacon and chives apart from the potato cream I guess. But I still can’t fathom how baked potatoes are integrated in it, except it has been finely blended earlier. Hardly see any solid traces of the tuber but taste just as creamily as any ordinary mushroom soup, except that the chicken soup-like taste is much more apparent with some touches of black pepper too.
