I find the name of Bird Man Café & Restaurant very interesting, so I went in to explore what kind of bird-related food do they have. The pasta is cooked al dente, and the sauce is very creamy and cheesy, which lifts up the taste of the dish. Then the bacon slices are quite chewy, not too soft to go with the noodle. Overall, the taste is quite flavoursome, neither overly salty nor bland.
