Boiled Fish Head Noodles ("sang yue yue tao mai"). Since my dining partner does not prefer deep fried fish, he always stick to his normal order which was the boiled fish noodles. The fish was quite meaty and it was fresh, it does not have the fishy taste. The ginger slices added some "spiciness" to the broth. The broth was not thick nor it was diluted, considered fine for people who don't prefer heavy broth.
