Caesar Salad. A generous portion was served. The lettuce and croutons were coated with parmesan cheese and olive oil, together with tiny bits of garlic. The croutons were coated with garlic and were crunchy. The lettuce was fresh and crunchy too. The grated parmesan cheese was cheesy. The salad was sprinkled with the right amount of salt and pepper. It was a refreshing appetizer.
