And what do you know, Chili's Grill & Bar has one of the best chocolate molten lava cake (let's call it lava cake from now ya?) around. It has never fail to deliver the lava cake in it's perfect state, hot in the inside, warm in the outside and COLD on top, sounds cool huh? The base is the lava cake itself, oozing chocolate from the inside once you break it's 'defence'. The big scoop of vanilla ice cream with chocolate coating goes very well with the lava cake. It reduces the feeling of 'jelak' as the lava cake is very, very rich in chocolate. Top with generously flowing of caramel, this dessert is not for the faint hearted and of course, it's best shared.
