And very fast, this Cranberry Cream Cheese Bread captures my attention. It actually reminds me of the Cranberry Bread by The Loaf, and this, being a tough competitor indeed, although it is under vegetarian genre.
The bread is very soft, fluffy, and gently encasing the much portion of the cream cheese. You would also find some bites and traces of fresh cranberries too, which are bit sweet and thus pleasant. Basically, it is made of cream cheese as the main ingredients, followed by cranberry, gluten flour, brown sugar and salt. I would say it is very well done with generous portion especially on the cheese. Loving it!
