I had a great pleasure in tasting the food U-cafe provided on 24 March. I think the salmon in some dishes were a bit hard because I expected them to be tender and juicy but the flavour was nice. I had a great pleasure in tasting the food U-cafe provided on 24 March. I think the salmon in some dishes were a bit hard because I expected them to be tender and juicy but the flavour was nice. There were too many meat-based food and it would have been better if more vegetables were added. I liked the salad and the dressings and I like the concept of letting the diners to choose how much dressing they wanted to add. I also liked the laksa ( I think), the flavour was rich and there were many ingredients, the noodles was also well-cooked. The steak was also quite nice. About the sauce, I wonder if there will be more choices in the future because I only saw three types of sauces all along. As for the appetizer, I prefer the one with the dragonfruit, it was tasty maybe because I prefer that yellow sauce. I liked the fried rice and char kuey teow, they were delicious, tasty and contained many ingredients. Everything was quite nice and my personal favourite was the laksa. Pity we didn't get any desserts (LOL). The details were done thoroughly and the appearance of the food were quite appetising. In overall, i think the food I had that day was quite satisfying and delicious, it was a really nice experience
