Example of dishes available are Taiwanese Braised Belly Meat & Dried Beancurd, Sizzling Salmon with Taiwanese Salted Cabbage, and Special Silky Bean Curd. Picture above shows Fried Pork Strips served by New Formosa Restaurant. It is very special as it is my first time to eat this. it is very delicious and worth a try.
