One bite and I was sold, the various tiny morsels of rice were filled with fragrant bonito flakes (furikake), fine seaweed pieces and other ingredients. The special point here is they are served warm and fresh upon order, which is rather different than the cold versions in supermarkets. Inside it was a little addition of Japanese mayonnaise. Overall I love the umami taste, I will sure return for more.
