Hakka Noodles

I have grown up eating in Hakka Noodles, famous in Seremban. So when I was told by a fellow colleague that Aman Suria has a shop that served this, I immediately visited them over the weekend. The noodles were done fabulously, with the right kind of texture and springy-ness of well done noodles. The minced pork garnished with some chopped spring onions were very tasty, albeit slightly on the salty side. Overall, a very good dish, and the best thing is, there is no need to go all the way to Seremb

The minced pork garnished with some chopped spring onions were very tasty, albeit slightly on the salty side. Overall, a very good dish, and the best thing is, there is no need to go all the way to Seremban to satisfy my Hakka Noodles craving!
