Looking at this bread you might wonder what it is? This is like a combination of two breads together. It is called Rawa Massala. Rawa is another version of thosai, which is not that thick. Massala is potato. Rawa doesn't has that strong sour taste like thosai. Mix with the potato, you get a very filling version of thosai.
