Well, as indicated in the dish's given title; the Ramen is fried spicy (Malay style). The spiciness factor comes from a special cashew nut curry paste used to fried up the Ramen noodles. There's lots of organic bean curd puffs, bean sprouts, black fungus, Shitake and Shimeji mushrooms, mixture of organic veges, chilli padi, tomatoes, shredded carrots and baby corns too
