Being a coffee amateur, I have always been intrigued about the professionalism involved behind its preparation other than just appreciating the aroma of it. And thus, upon hearing that there was this “Coffee Appreciation Night” organized by Mbuji owner, I decided t to chip in this coffee-sharing night without a second thought for am sure gonna gained lots from it, be it the tasting aspect or even further deepening my understanding about the coffee significance itself. We were greeted with the warmest welcome upon arriving at the venue and we could see everything about the coffee utensils as well as table seating, had been systematically arranged. Such a comfy & homey sight! ^^ I guess that’s what we gonna feel if we were at Mount Buji in Africa itself (Mbuji)
And before we started our “lesson”, we were treated with their in-house yummy desserts
which consist of cheesecakes varietis, brownies etc which were really delightful!^^ Thus, whenever you happen to drop by this outlet, do help yourself with all the arrays of yummy delectable spread at its pastry cornerJ
Thanks again Mbuji for all the hospitality as well as the invaluable inputs on coffee knowledge. I guess I have better grasp of it right now, as least to which I prefer, either Arabica or Robusta , hehe..J
