This is very similar to chocolate truffle. The outer layer is covered with bitter chocolate powder and the best moment arrives when the gooey thick chocolate cream oozes out from inside upon each bite. It may be a little messy, but taste definitely good with the richness in chilled chocolate. Best served cold.
