Green tea mochiIt is highly recommended for its thin, fluffy skin which envelops the very thick, creamy green tea paste. The green tea flavours are so strong, yet not too bitter. The dessert is quite light and not very sweet for me.
Dark chocolate mochi This is very similar to chocolate truffle. The outer layer is covered with bitter chocolate powder and the best moment arrives when the gooey thick chocolate cream oozes out from inside upon each bite. It may be a little messy, but taste definitely good with the richness in chilled chocolate. Best served cold.
