Pork Loin with mustard sauce. The pork loin was placed on top of a sea of cabbages and topped with carrots and onions together with the mustard sauce. The mustard sauce smell was very empowering. It was slightly mustard-spicy and it was slightly salty too. The pork loin was a thick piece and it was not too tough and not too soft either. The cabbages were crunchy though.
