This dish has a lovely name, Sealed With A Kiss. The chef is sealing all the flavors and aroma of the ingredients in the aluminium foil. The service staff will only cut open the aluminium foil right in front of the guest, making sure the the guest will be the first to smell the aroma. If you are a non alcoholic consumer, perhaps this dish could be too much alcohol for you. The ingredients are cooked in white wine and does make the wine taste strongly felt in this dish.
