This is my all time favorite dish, the steam egg is consist of egg, salted egg and century egg. To cook a nice steam egg, timing is very important, after you have mixed all the ingredients, put into steamer, control the timing on steaming it. This steam egg texture is very soft and smooth, there is some salted soy sauce spread on top, which added the egg taste to be more delicious. It is nice and matching to eat it together with rice, yummy!
