Jeyuk Bokkeum (Stirfry Spicy Pork), which is actually pork meat being stir-fried with homemade thick chili paste. i am begining to think all koreans love sweet and spicy food in all the dishes haha. the strong kimchi flavor had overpowered the overall meat, but was still bearable. this dish was meant to by stir-fried to a dry state, but the thick sauce infused into the meat still remains, thus giving a flavorful taste.
